Buying NAD+ online is not like buying a supplement. Injectable and nasal spray NAD+ are prescription treatments, so the purchase runs through a telehealth provider: you fill in an online intake, a licensed clinician reviews your answers, and a pharmacy dispenses and ships the medication if treatment is appropriate for you. The provider you choose determines what you pay, how much medication you get, what supplies arrive with it and how easily you can stop.
This page compares every provider we track on exactly those terms. Published starting prices currently run from Nasal $49 first month (12-mo plan) to around $250 a month, and the gap between a good deal and a bad one usually comes down to three things: the renewal price rather than the intro price, whether a long subscription is required to reach the advertised rate, and whether shipping and supplies are actually included.
How online NAD+ treatment works
The process is broadly the same across providers, and it is genuinely fast — most people go from intake to a package on the doorstep inside a week.
- ›Online intake. A health questionnaire covering your history, current medications and goals. It takes five to ten minutes.
- ›Clinician review. A licensed provider reviews your intake, usually within 24 hours. Several providers refund you in full if you are not approved.
- ›Prescription and dispensing. If treatment is appropriate, a partner pharmacy prepares your NAD+ in the format and quantity prescribed.
- ›Shipping. The medication ships to your home, in most cases free and within one to two business days.
- ›Ongoing care. Refills arrive on your plan schedule, and most providers include messaging with the clinical team between refills.

Online consultation process
Every provider on this page includes the medical consultation in the quoted price — none of them charge a separate consult fee. What differs is turnaround and what happens if you are declined. DirectMeds and CareBareRx both publish a 24-hour provider review window. bmiMD, Embody, Enhance MD and Sprout Health all state that you are refunded, or simply not charged, if a clinician decides the treatment is not appropriate for you.
Expect the intake to ask about existing conditions, current prescriptions, allergies and what you are hoping to get out of treatment. Answer it accurately: the clinician's decision, and your dose, are based on it.
Treatment formats
Three formats are sold online. Which ones a provider offers is the single biggest practical difference between them.
- Subcutaneous injection
- Offered by 17 providers. Self-administered at home with a short needle, typically two to three times a week. The default format across the market.
- Nasal spray
- Offered by 11 providers. Needle-free and portable. Usually priced at or slightly below the injection plan at the same provider.
- Oral and topical
- Less common. BetterMeRx and Fridays sell a liposomal oral NAD+, Shed sells oral tablets, Enhance MD sells a sublingual wafer, and He & She MD sells a topical cream.
Medication quantities
Price per month means very little without the quantity behind it. Two providers can both charge $99 and ship materially different amounts of NAD+.
- ›500 mg and 1,000 mg injection vials are the market standard — Remote Pharmacy, DirectMeds, Wellmedr, Embody, BetterMeRx, ReadyRx and Eden all publish these strengths.
- ›Sprout Health is the most explicit: a 1,000 mg / 5 mL vial, dosed twice weekly, published before you enrol.
- ›Nasal strengths vary most. bmiMD publishes 300 mg/mL, BetterMeRx 900 mg and ReadyRx 4,500 mg.
- ›Several providers publish nothing. CareBareRx, Tmates, RXSpan, Wellorithm and System do not disclose quantity before intake — worth knowing before you hand over payment details.
Monthly pricing
Current published starting prices, cheapest first. Read these as entry prices — the renewal rate is often different, which is covered in detail on the NAD+ treatment cost page.
- Telos
- Nasal $49 first month (12-mo plan)
- Enhance MD
- Wafers $84/mo; injection $169/mo
- bmiMD
- $89/mo (annual plan)
- System
- Injection $89 · nasal $69 (first month)
- Remote Pharmacy
- $99
Shipping and storage
Free shipping is close to universal among the providers that disclose it. Enhanced.com, Remote Pharmacy, DirectMeds and Wellmedr all publish free 1–2 day delivery; Embody and Eden publish free 2-day; BetterMeRx ships free by UPS or FedEx; Sprout Health ships free and discreetly. RNK Health includes shipping and quotes roughly 48 hours.
Compounded NAD+ is generally shipped cold and needs refrigeration once it arrives, so plan to be home on delivery day or have somewhere cool for the package to sit. Your provider supplies the specific storage instructions for your prescription — follow those rather than general guidance.
Injection supplies
If you are buying injections, the supplies matter: needles, syringes, alcohol wipes and a sharps container. Most providers include them in a home kit at no extra charge — Eden publishes a “full home injection kit”, Sprout Health includes the injection kit with the free consultation, and Enhanced.com, DirectMeds, bmiMD, Embody, BetterMeRx, ReadyRx, Fridays, RNK Health, Shed and Enhance MD all include supplies with the medication. Where a provider does not publish what is in the box, our comparison table says so rather than assuming.
Subscription terms
This is where the advertised price and the price you actually pay diverge most often.
- ›No subscription required: DirectMeds and Wellmedr both let you reorder manually. Remote Pharmacy and BetterMeRx also publish no recurring requirement.
- ›Long commitment for the headline rate:He & She MD's $149/mo is based on a 12-month supply, bmiMD's $89 requires the annual plan, Enhance MD's lowest rates need a 12-month prepaid term, Telos' $49 nasal price needs a 12-month plan and Tmates' ~$88 needs a longer plan.
- ›Membership on top of medication: Eden charges $39 for the first month then $99/mo for membership in addition to the medication — the only provider here that does.
- ›Billed in blocks: Fridays bills quarterly rather than monthly, so the real first payment is three months at once.
Cancellation terms
Check this before you enrol, not after. Enhanced.com has the strongest published terms: a 90-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Embody and Sprout Health both state you can cancel anytime. bmiMD, Enhance MD and Sprout Health refund you if a clinician decides you are not eligible. At the other end, Shed requires you to complete at least two months before cancelling, and RNK Health does not refund once medication has shipped. Many providers publish nothing at all about cancellation — treat that as a cost.
Provider support
Ongoing access to the clinical team is included in most plans and is worth more than it looks on a comparison table, especially in your first month. He & She MD and ReadyRx both include unlimited provider messaging. DirectMeds publishes 1:1 medical support with review inside 24 hours. Enhance MD includes provider check-ins and messaging. RNK Health bundles coaching and wellness check-ins into the subscription, and Shed includes courses and a community, though its 1:1 coaching is a paid add-on.

Compare all providersBuying NAD+ online: frequently asked questions
Yes. Injectable and nasal spray NAD+ are prescription treatments, so you buy them through a telehealth provider rather than off a shelf. You complete an online intake, a licensed clinician reviews it, and if the treatment is appropriate the medication is dispensed by a pharmacy and shipped to your home.
Among the providers we track, the lowest published entry prices are Telos (Nasal $49 first month (12-mo plan)), Enhance MD (Wafers $84/mo; injection $169/mo), bmiMD ($89/mo (annual plan)). Compare the renewal rate as well as the intro rate — several providers advertise a discounted first month and then renew higher.
Most providers ship within one to two business days of clinician approval, and several include free 1–2 day or 2-day delivery. Shipping time is separate from the intake review, which typically takes up to 24 hours.
It depends on the provider. Some, such as DirectMeds and Wellmedr, let you reorder manually with no recurring plan. Others require a subscription, and the lowest advertised prices are often tied to a 6- or 12-month commitment. Check the subscription and cancellation columns in the comparison table before enrolling.
At most injection providers, yes — needles, syringes and alcohol wipes come with the medication as part of a home kit. A few providers do not publish what is in the kit, which is noted as "Not disclosed" in our comparison table.
Yes. 11 of the 22 providers we track offer an NAD+ nasal spray, and Telos sells a nasal-only plan. Nasal spray is the usual choice for people who do not want to self-inject.
