How to Choose an NAD+ Provider

A practical checklist for comparing online NAD+ providers — built around the things that actually differ between them, not the things they all advertise.

  • Physician-Prescribed Only
  • 22 Providers Compared
  • Results in 2–4 Weeks

Every online NAD+ provider markets the same three things: physician oversight, home delivery and a simple online process. All of them genuinely offer those, which makes them useless as a basis for choosing. The real differences sit one level down — in the renewal price, the quantity, the plan length and the exit terms.

This checklist works through them in the order that matters.

1. The price you pay in month three

Not the advertised price. Several providers price the first month well below the renewal rate: DirectMeds goes from $99 to $199, Sprout Health from $149 to $240, RenuviaRX from $179 to $249, Wellorithm from ~$150 to ~$200. Others hold flat — He & She MD at $149/mo, RNK Health at $129/mo, Wellmedr at the same price for every dose. Work out your month-three cost before comparing anything else.

2. The medication quantity behind that price

A price without a quantity is not a price. 500 mg and 1,000 mg vials are the market standard, and Remote Pharmacy, DirectMeds, Wellmedr, Embody, BetterMeRx, ReadyRx and Eden all publish theirs. Sprout Health publishes the most complete protocol in the set: 1,000 mg / 5 mL, twice weekly. Providers that publish nothing before intake — CareBareRx, Tmates, RXSpan, Wellorithm, System — cannot be price-checked at all, and that is a real disadvantage.

3. The treatment format, and whether you can switch

If you already know you will not self-inject, filter to providers with a nasal spray first. If you are unsure, favour a provider that sells both — He & She MD, bmiMD, Embody, BetterMeRx, ReadyRx, Fridays, RNK Health and Shed all do, so changing your mind later is a conversation rather than a new signup.

4. What is actually included

Consultation
Included at every provider we track. Treat a separate consult fee as a red flag.
Shipping
Free at every provider that publishes a policy. A provider that publishes nothing is worth a question.
Injection supplies
Needles, syringes, wipes and sharps disposal — included at every injection provider that states what ships.
Support
Messaging at minimum. Unlimited messaging at He & She MD and ReadyRx; 1:1 support at DirectMeds.
Membership
Only Eden charges one — $39 then $99/mo on top of medication.

5. How long you are committing for

The lowest advertised prices are almost always attached to the longest terms. bmiMD's $89 needs the annual plan against $119 monthly. He & She MD's $149 is based on a 12-month supply. Enhance MD's best rates need 12 months prepaid. Telos' $49 nasal needs 12 months. Tmates' ~$88 needs a longer plan. Fridays bills quarterly.

If this is your first time on NAD+, paying the monthly premium is usually the right call. The discount on a 12-month plan is small compared to the cost of being locked into something that does nothing for you.

6. How you get out

The most under-weighted criterion on the list. Enhanced.com publishes a 90-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked — the strongest terms we track, and enough to cover a full trial. Embody and Sprout Health both publish cancel-anytime. DirectMeds and Wellmedr have no subscription to cancel. At the other end, Shed requires two completed months and RNK Health does not refund once medication ships.

7. Whether they serve your state

Most providers do not publish a state list, so this belongs in your intake questions. Sprout Health is explicit that it does not serve Arkansas, Kansas or New Mexico, and Fridays states it is not available in all states. Confirm before paying.

8. How much they tell you before you pay

Treat disclosure as a proxy for everything else. A provider willing to publish its renewal rate, vial strength, shipping policy and cancellation terms on a public page is telling you something about how it will behave once it has your card details. BetterMeRx, ReadyRx, System, RXSpan and Wellorithm all reveal some or all pricing only after you begin the funnel.

The short version

  • What does this renew at, and what will I pay in month three?
  • What vial strength and dosing frequency am I getting for that?
  • Injection, nasal spray, or both — and can I switch later?
  • Are shipping and supplies included, and how fast does it arrive?
  • What support do I get after I have paid?
  • Is a subscription required, and how long is the minimum term?
  • How do I cancel, and what happens to my money if I do?
  • Do they serve my state?

Choosing an NAD+ provider: frequently asked questions

Work through the price you will pay in month three (not month one), the medication quantity behind it, the treatment format, whether shipping and supplies are included, what support you get, and how easily you can cancel. A provider that publishes all of those before intake is usually a better bet than one that does not.

Licensed clinician review before dispensing, a named partner pharmacy, pricing published before you enter payment details, clear cancellation terms, and a way to reach the clinical team after you have paid. Every provider on this site includes a clinician review; they differ considerably on the rest.

Not automatically. Telos publishes the lowest entry price at Nasal $49 first month (12-mo plan), but the cheapest rates usually carry a condition — a 12-month term, a first-month-only discount, or an undisclosed quantity. Compare the month-three price against the quantity you actually receive.

No — most providers use one, and it is how refills arrive on schedule. What matters is whether you can leave. Cancel-anytime terms, or no subscription at all, are worth more than a slightly lower headline price.

What does this renew at? What vial strength and dosing frequency am I getting? Are supplies included? What is shipping and how fast? Do you serve my state? How do I reach a clinician after I have paid? What happens if I want to stop next month?
