Compounded injectable NAD+ generally ships cold and needs refrigeration on arrival. Plan to be home on delivery day, and follow the storage instructions that come with your specific prescription rather than general guidance.
Injection supplies
Every injection provider that publishes what ships includes the administration supplies at no extra charge: needles, syringes, alcohol wipes and sharps disposal. Eden publishes a full home injection kit; Sprout Health bundles the kit with its free consultation and discreet shipping. If a provider does not state what is in the box, treat that as an open question to raise during intake rather than an assumed inclusion.

Providers supply written self-administration instructions with the kit, and most keep a clinician reachable while you get used to the routine. Most injection providers do not publish a state list, so confirm coverage during intake before paying. Two are explicit: Sprout Health does not serve Arkansas, Kansas or New Mexico, and Fridays states it is not available in all states. Subscription terms
DirectMeds and Wellmedr both let you buy without a recurring plan, and Remote Pharmacy and BetterMeRx publish no membership requirement. At the other end, the lowest advertised injection prices are commitment-linked: He & She MD's $149 is locked on a 12-month supply, Enhance MD's lowest rate needs a 12-month prepaid term, and Tmates' ~$88 needs a longer plan. bmiMD is the exception — its $89 is a price-locked monthly rate. Fridays bills quarterly. Eden adds a $99/mo membership on top of medication after the first month.
Cancellation terms
Enhanced.com publishes the strongest terms of any injection provider: 90 days, money back, no questions asked. Embody and Sprout Health both state you can cancel anytime, and Sprout adds that there are no hidden fees. bmiMD and Enhance MD refund you if a clinician finds you ineligible. RNK Health does not refund once medication ships, and Shed requires two completed months before cancelling.
