What at-home NAD+ injections are

An at-home NAD+ injection is a subcutaneous shot, delivered into the layer of tissue just under the skin, typically at the abdomen or thigh, that you administer yourself using supplies the provider ships with the medication. It is the most widely offered NAD+ format online and the one most provider plans are priced around.

The medication itself is compounded NAD+, prepared by a partner pharmacy against a prescription issued after your online intake. Standard vial strengths across the market are 500 mg and 1,000 mg. Dosing frequency is set by the prescribing clinician; providers that publish a protocol generally describe two to three administrations per week. We do not publish dosing guidance, your dose is a clinical decision made by the provider who reviews your intake.

Medication quantities

Quantity is the number that makes a price comparable. Most providers offer a 500 mg and a 1,000 mg tier, and price the higher tier above the lower one.

• 500 mg and 1,000 mg vials: Remote Pharmacy, DirectMeds, Wellmedr, Embody, BetterMeRx, ReadyRx and Eden all publish both tiers. Eden also publishes the concentration: 200 mg/mL.
• Sprout Health publishes the most complete protocol in the set: a 1,000 mg / 5 mL vial dosed twice weekly, stated before enrolment.
• Clinician-titrated: Enhanced.com, RenuviaRX, RNK Health, Enhance MD and Fridays set quantity per protocol rather than by fixed tier.
• Not published: System, Tmates, RXSpan, Wellorithm and CareBareRx do not disclose quantity before intake.

Online consultation process

Every injection provider here includes the medical consultation in the plan price. The intake is an online questionnaire covering medical history, current medications and allergies; a licensed clinician reviews it and decides whether an injectable is appropriate for you. DirectMeds publishes a 24-hour review window. bmiMD, Embody, Enhance MD and Sprout Health all refund you, or do not charge you, if you are not approved.

Shipping and storage

Free shipping is standard among injection providers. Enhanced.com, Remote Pharmacy, DirectMeds and Wellmedr publish free 1–2 day delivery; Embody and Eden free 2-day; BetterMeRx free UPS or FedEx; Sprout Health free and discreet; RNK Health included at roughly 48 hours. Wellmedr notes that shipping starts after clinician approval, not at checkout.

Compounded injectable NAD+ generally ships cold and needs refrigeration on arrival. Plan to be home on delivery day, and follow the storage instructions that come with your specific prescription rather than general guidance.

Injection supplies

Every injection provider that publishes what ships includes the administration supplies at no extra charge: needles, syringes, alcohol wipes and sharps disposal. Eden publishes a full home injection kit; Sprout Health bundles the kit with its free consultation and discreet shipping. If a provider does not state what is in the box, treat that as an open question to raise during intake rather than an assumed inclusion.

Provider training

Providers supply written self-administration instructions with the kit, and most keep a clinician reachable while you get used to the routine. He & She MD includes unlimited provider messaging and ReadyRx includes ongoing care and support from its clinical team, which is the practical version of training, somebody to ask when the first injection does not go the way the leaflet described. DirectMeds publishes 1:1 medical support, and Enhance MD includes provider check-ins.

Ongoing support

Support quality separates otherwise similar plans. Unlimited messaging is included at He & She MD, and ReadyRx includes ongoing care and support from its clinical team. Enhanced.com includes ongoing monitoring by board-certified providers. RNK Health folds coaching and wellness check-ins into its subscription. Embody runs support through a HIPAA-compliant portal. Shed includes courses and a community, but charges separately for 1:1 coaching.

State availability

Most injection providers do not publish a state list, so confirm coverage during intake before paying. Two are explicit: Sprout Health does not serve Arkansas, Kansas or New Mexico, and Fridays states it is not available in all states. Where a provider publishes nothing, we record that as “Not disclosed”.

Subscription terms

DirectMeds and Wellmedr both let you buy without a recurring plan, and Remote Pharmacy and BetterMeRx publish no membership requirement. At the other end, the lowest advertised injection prices are commitment-linked: He & She MD's $149 is locked on a 12-month supply, Enhance MD's lowest rate needs a 12-month prepaid term, and Tmates' ~$88 needs a longer plan. bmiMD is the exception, its $89 is a price-locked monthly rate. Fridays bills quarterly. Eden adds a $99/mo membership on top of medication after the first month.

Cancellation terms

Enhanced.com publishes the strongest terms of any injection provider: 90 days, money back, no questions asked. Embody and Sprout Health both state you can cancel anytime, and Sprout adds that there are no hidden fees. bmiMD and Enhance MD refund you if a clinician finds you ineligible. RNK Health does not refund once medication ships, and Shed requires two completed months before cancelling.
