How much do NAD+ injections cost?

NAD+ injections cost between $99 and $199 a month at most providers, with published entry prices starting at $79/mo (list $199/mo) and running to about $249. That range is the price of injectable NAD+ delivered to your door with the consultation included, the number to compare is what the plan renews at, not the first-month figure.

What changes the cost of NAD+ injections

  • Vial strength. 500 mg and 1,000 mg are the market standard, and the 1,000 mg tier is priced above the 500 mg one at providers that tier by dose. A few providers charge the same at every dose.
  • Entry price vs renewal. Several providers discount the first month and renew higher. Work out your month-three cost.
  • Plan length. The lowest NAD+ injection prices usually need a 6- or 12-month term. Monthly plans cost more per month but let you stop.
  • Membership fees. Most providers charge none; at least one adds a monthly membership on top of the medication.
  • Dosing frequency. Providers that publish a protocol describe two to three injections a week, so a larger vial that lasts longer changes the monthly figure. Your frequency is set by the prescribing clinician.

Cheapest NAD+ injections, and the catch

DirectMeds publishes the lowest entry price. Cheap NAD+ injections usually come with a condition: a first-month-only rate, a long prepaid term, or a quantity that is not published. If you are new to NAD+, paying a slightly higher monthly price on a plan you can cancel is usually safer than prepaying a year.

What a year of NAD+ injections costs

Multiply the renewal rate, not the entry price, by twelve. At $99 a month that is $1,188 a year; at $199 it is $2,388. Prepaid long-term plans lower the monthly rate but put the full amount at risk if treatment does not suit you.

How to pay less for NAD+ injections

  • Pick a provider with the same price at every dose, so moving up a strength does not raise the bill.
  • Choose one that publishes its renewal rate before intake.
  • Use HSA or FSA funds where the provider accepts them.
  • Take a longer plan only if you already know NAD+ suits you.
